This website presents information about custom stainless steel sculptures, fabrication capabilities, project applications and ways to contact ASEN. Website content is provided for general business and informational purposes.

Submitting a form, email or message does not create a contract, confirm an order or guarantee that ASEN can accept a project. Any quotation is based on the information available at the time and may change when dimensions, materials, finishes, structure, engineering, installation, delivery, taxes or other requirements are clarified.

An order becomes binding only when the parties agree to the applicable commercial and technical terms through appropriate project documents.

3. Custom Project Information

You are responsible for providing information that is accurate and sufficient for project review, including relevant dimensions, site conditions, reference images, drawings, intended use and installation requirements. Final production should proceed only from approved project documents.

Visual references and website images may appear different from finished work because of scale, lighting, viewing conditions, screen settings, material batches and the reflective nature of stainless steel.

4. Designs, Drawings and User Submissions

You retain ownership of materials you submit to the extent you own them. By submitting a file or reference, you confirm that you have the right to share it for project review and that its use for that purpose does not violate another party’s rights.

You grant ASEN permission to review, reproduce internally and share submitted materials with relevant personnel or service providers solely as reasonably necessary to evaluate, quote, plan or perform the requested project.

Ownership and permitted use of custom designs, production drawings, molds, models, photographs and other project materials should be defined in the applicable project agreement.

5. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, graphics, branding, layouts and original media are owned by or licensed to ASEN and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for evaluating ASEN’s services, but you may not reproduce, republish, sell or commercially exploit website content without permission.
