Custom Fabrication

Custom Stainless Steel Sculpture Fabrication

From design development and structural fabrication to surface finishing and final inspection, we coordinate each stage around the requirements of the project.

From Concept to Reality

Turning Design Intent Into Fabricated Form

Clients typically share a concept, drawings, reference images, target dimensions, a physical model or an early design direction. We review the intended form, scale, finish expectations and installation environment before defining the production scope.

Design Development & 3D Modeling

We review drawings and references, develop the 3D form and proportions, coordinate fabrication details, and prepare the design for confirmation before production.

Metal Forming, Welding & Assembly

Sheet forming, internal structure, welding, reinforcement and sectional assembly are coordinated around the scale and geometry of the approved work.

Grinding, Finishing & Inspection

Welds are blended and surfaces are progressively ground, polished or refined to achieve the specified finish before final visual inspection.

Engineering Considerations

Built for Scale, Structure and Installation

Large custom sculpture requires practical coordination between form, structure, fabrication sequence, transport and the intended installation method.

Internal Structure

Supporting frames are planned around scale, shape and fabrication access.

Sectional Fabrication

Large forms may be divided into practical sections for assembly and transport.

Installation Planning

Connection points and installation considerations are reviewed during fabrication.

Structural Coordination

Fabrication details can be coordinated with project-side technical requirements.

Materials & Finishes

Materials Selected for the Project Environment

Material grade and surface finish are considered in relation to the setting, exposure, desired appearance and maintenance expectations of the project.

Material Grades

304 Stainless Steel

A widely used grade for many interior and controlled exterior applications.

316 Stainless Steel

Considered where the project environment calls for additional corrosion resistance.

Inspection, Packing & Delivery

From Final Inspection to Delivery

Final Inspection

Visible surfaces, joins and agreed finish details are reviewed before packing.

Protective Packing

Contact surfaces and vulnerable forms are protected for handling and transport.

International Shipping Support

Packing and loading considerations are coordinated around the finished sculpture and delivery route.
